If your account is locked, follow these steps to regain access.

## Recovery Steps
### Step 1: Wait Period
Wait 15 minutes before attempting to log in again
### Step 2: Check Credentials
Verify you're using the correct:
- Username
- Password
- Domain (if applicable)
### Step 3: Reset Password
